Remote IT Support Application

This application helps you collect information from your system quickly and easily and share it with the people who are there to assist you. The information that the applications displays might be easy to find for tech-savvy people but difficult to find for regular users. Faced with this situation many times in my work, where I had to spend hours to guide them through the maze of menu and options to get the data I want to assist them. Here I am trying to bring all the general information on a system that can be shared with your friendly Support Agent in a single click.

The app also includes a couple of quick-access buttons to your control panel items such as Printers, Network Adaptors, Installed Apps etc.

The app also helps you to troubleshoot internet issues by providing the basic network adaptor information as well as options to trace your connectivity.

Tools for Clearing temporary files and Resetting network adaptors may come in handy during long work hours. Remote support applications can be directly launched from the app making it easier for your support agent to guide you to open them and take remote of your system to continue solving your problems other than the internet.

More features are being added to the app which will enable you to contact your IT Team directly from the app in a centrally managed environment. You'll be also able to raise service tickets from this app in the future, making it the complete package for Technical Support.
